If you're defending or participating in a deposition you aren't hosting, you can join with your own AgileLaw login instead of as a PIN guest. Signing in first lets you:
Introduce your own exhibits when control is passed to you.
Automatically keep a copy — in your own account — of any exhibits the taking attorney introduces.
To join with your account:
In the case, create a deposition (NEW → Deposition) and choose the Participant option (rather than Host).
Open that deposition — you'll see the option to JOIN DEPOSITION.
Click JOIN DEPOSITION and enter the PIN the taking attorney gives you.
You'll wait on a holding screen until the host admits you.
Once you're admitted, your own exhibits appear on the left, alongside any exhibits the taking attorney introduces.
