To access callout annotations in a deposition turn on Presentation Mode.
Once presentation mode has started you will see an orange boarder around the document and an orange header at the top of the page.
The Callout Annotation Selection Tool can be found in the upper right of the document viewer, where the annotation tools are located.
After clicking the Callout Annotation Selection Tool the mouse icon will change signifying your selector is enabled and you can begin highlighting regions of the document you wish to focus.
The area selected will be enlarged and expanded to the top of the screen.
The Annotation can be moved anywhere on the viewport by dragging and dropping the box. The the annotation can also be deleted by clicking the X in the top right corner of the annotation box.
You can annotate multiple times and across multiple pages of the same document.
These annotations will be visible and will change in real-time for the witness and opposing counsel.
If the document has not been revealed, you cannot create callouts until the document is revealed.
