Your AgileLaw home screen can be a dashboard instead of a plain case list. It opens with the day's date and a greeting, at-a-glance counts of your work, and quick links to pick up where you left off.
Turn the dashboard on or off
New accounts start on the dashboard. If you're on the classic case list and want to try it — or you're on the dashboard and want to switch back — go to Settings → Labs and toggle Dashboard. AgileLaw reloads and shows your choice; you can switch back at any time.
What's on the dashboard
Greeting and date at the top — e.g. Good morning, Jane with today's date.
Three at-a-glance counts:
Depos today — depositions scheduled for today.
Upcoming (next 7 days) — depositions coming up over the next week.
Active cases — the active cases assigned to you.
Join a deposition and New case buttons for your most common actions. (You'll see these if your account lets you create cases.)
Your cases — a short preview of your active cases, each showing how many depositions it has and when you last opened it. Choose View all cases to open the full list.
Jump back in — your most recent depositions, briefs, and joined proceedings, so you can return to the work in front of you in one click.
The full case list
Your complete case list now has its own page — choose View all cases from the dashboard, or open Cases. It has two tabs:
Cases — all your active cases, with a search box (search cases by name, matter, or party) and a Sort option (last accessed, case name, or newest).
All items — every deposition, brief, and joined proceeding, which you can filter by type (All / Depositions / Briefs / Unlinked) and search.
Administrators: on the case list you can switch between My Cases (the cases assigned to you) and All Cases (every active case on the account) using the toggle at the top of the page.
Good to know
The counts cover your real cases — the sample case isn't included in them, though it still appears in your case list with a Sample label.
Turning the Dashboard lab off simply returns you to the classic case list — nothing is lost, and you can turn it back on whenever you like.
