Joining a Deposition as Co-Counsel

How to add a user as Co-Counsel into a Deposition

To join as co-counsel you need your own AgileLaw login under the same account as the lead counsel, and access to the case.

  1. The lead counsel starts the deposition.

  2. Sign in to AgileLaw with your own login.

  3. Go to the case and the deposition you want to join.

  4. In the top-right you'll see JOIN DEPOSITION and RESUME DEPOSITION.

  5. Click JOIN DEPOSITION and wait to be admitted by the lead counsel. Your role is set automatically to Co-Counsel.

  6. The lead counsel admits you into the deposition.

Caution: RESUME DEPOSITION takes over as the driver and removes the current driver (you'll get a confirm prompt first). Use JOIN, not Resume, unless you mean to take over driving.
