Non-witness participants can follow the witness's screen at any time by clicking View Shared Screen. This turns on sync mode: you see the same document and page the witness is on, and it keeps up as the witness changes pages or zoom level.
A pop-out of the witness's view opens. Close it (or turn sync off) to go back to browsing the exhibits on your own.
