To access callout annotations in a deposition, turn on Presentation Mode.
Once Presentation Mode has started, you'll see an orange border around the document and an orange header at the top of the page.
The Callout tool (its tooltip reads Callout) is in the upper right of the document viewer, where the annotation tools are located.
After clicking the Callout tool, the cursor changes to signify your selector is enabled, and you can begin highlighting regions of the document you want to focus on.
The area you select is enlarged and expanded to the top of the screen.
The annotation can be moved anywhere on the viewport by dragging and dropping the box. The annotation can also be deleted by clicking the X in the top-right corner of the annotation box.
You can annotate multiple times and across multiple pages of the same document.
These annotations are visible and change in real time for the witness and opposing counsel.
If the document has not been revealed, you cannot create callouts until it is revealed.
