AgileLaw lets litigators hand off control of the deposition to co-counsel. First, you need an AgileLaw user who has logged in and joined the deposition, and who has been given the role of co-counsel.
Once they've joined, open Hot Seat Controls at the top left and click Pass Control near the bottom of the menu. Then choose the participant you want to hand control to.
The participant you selected gets a prompt to confirm the request, followed by a notice letting them know they now have presenter controls.
Co-counsel will then have controls to Reveal Documents, Mark Exhibits, Show Witness this View, Hide the Witness Screen, and Direct the Witness to Annotate.
If the taking attorney wants to take control back, click Revoke Control at the top left.
