To reveal a document during a deposition, select it in the document list on the left panel. A Reveal button appears next to the document name — click it to reveal the document to the participants.
Once you reveal a document, every participant can open it and navigate through its pages. Participants see the exhibit under a generic revealed name — Document 1, Document 2, and so on — rather than your own file name or alias.
You do not need to wait for the witness to select the document. You can control the witness's screen at any time from the Hot Seat Controls menu in the deposition header.
