Find an exhibit

Written by Skyler Lambert

The document grid appears on both the case page and the deposition page. There are a few ways to find the exhibit you want.

The document grid, with the sort control, Filters panel, and Labels

Sort the list. By default, documents are sorted alphabetically on the case page and in My Stack order on the deposition page. Use the sort control (top right of the grid) to sort by:

  • Name — alphabetically by document name

  • Labels — alphabetically by label

  • Exhibit # — by exhibit number

  • Newest / Oldest — by upload date

  • Reveal Order — the order documents were revealed in the deposition

  • Sessions — grouped by the sessions each document belongs to

  • My Stack — your custom order (deposition page only; see Order documents for the deposition)

Search. Type in the Search documents box to filter the list by name.

Filter by labels and filters. Use the Filters panel (Revealed in any deposition, Marked as exhibits, Witness annotated, Private annotations) or click a label in the lower-left panel to narrow the list — the header shows how many documents match.
