Cloning Documents

Written by Skyler Lambert

Cloning makes a duplicate copy of a document. You can clone from the document grid, from the document viewer, and during a deposition.

From the document grid, select the document you want to clone and click the Clone Document icon (the overlapping-pages icon) in the grid header.

From the document viewer or during a deposition, open the document and use the Document Actions menu in the top-right corner, then choose Clone Document.

Either way, the Clone Document window opens. You can give the copy a new Document Name, and choose whether to carry annotations over: check Include annotations, then pick All private annotations or My private annotations. For PDFs, an Include HTML source option is also available.
